Licence and Intellectual Property
You may not copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks. You may not attempt to extract its source code, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions. The app and all related trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights belong to Ryan Bush.
Ryan Bush is committed to making the app as useful and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to change the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you without making exactly what you are paying for clear.
Data and Device Security
Washing Buddy stores your settings, washing history, active loads, indoor drying methods, and calibration data on your device. Some features use third-party services for local weather, usage analytics, advertising, purchases, and optional feedback submissions, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as doing so may expose it to malicious software, compromise security features, or stop Washing Buddy from working correctly.
Internet and Mobile Charges
Some functions require an active internet connection. We cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality when you do not have Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Your agreement with your mobile provider still applies when using the app. You are responsible for data, roaming, and other third-party charges. If you are not the bill payer, we assume you have their permission to use the app.
Availability and Accuracy
You are responsible for keeping your device charged and available. We cannot accept responsibility when you cannot access the service because your device is unavailable.
Although we endeavour to keep information correct and current, some functionality relies on third parties. We accept no liability for direct or indirect loss resulting from relying wholly on this functionality.
Updates and Termination
System requirements may change and you may need to download updates to continue using the app. We do not promise that the app will always support the iOS version installed on your device. We may stop providing the app or terminate its use at any time. When use is terminated, your rights and licences under these terms end and you must stop using and, if needed, delete the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Please review this page periodically. Changes will be published here. These terms are effective from 06 August 2026.
